Passion

I think passion is such an important feeling, a feeling that fuels and drives us. Having a passion for anything I think will get you far in life, and will help you achieve goals and be successful. I think having passion means you have something that you really believe in, and you really love, and this is great! Passion can be for/about anything in your life, a sport, a job, a hobby, a friendship group, whatever it is doesn’t matter, if you have passion for something it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks about it. Believe in yourself.

My passion lies so strongly in living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Health & fitness is my hobby, my business, and my life. I live and breathe health and fitness. From nutrition to exercise I love everything about living this lifestyle. A lifestyle I can only hope that more people learn to love, as I know how much it can bring for you. I feel so passionate about living well and this for me means eating healthy foods and exercising regularly, something anyone can do, not just a nutritionist or a personal trainer.


Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean eating chocolate again, or exercising every day. It means making small improvements to your life and making the healthiest choices possible. It can be eating 2 or 3 healthier meals, or adding 20 minutes of exercise to your day a few times a week. Any small changes you make all add up and they all lead you to, in my opinion, a happier and healthier life.


I think that many life problems can be improved by making healthier life choices. So many people's struggles physically or mentally could be made better by simply making small changes. For example: Always feel exhausted? Eating a well-balanced diet with fruits and vegetables gives you energy, and exercising gives you energy. Struggle with depression? Perform a workout and the endorphins will leave you feeling a little brighter, and eating well will make you feel positive that you are looking after yourself. Constantly have a headache? Try drinking more water, dehydration causes headaches.


‘Food is the most abused anxiety drug. Exercise is the most underutilised antidepressant.’ Making small positive changes I promise you really can make a difference, and not all problems have to be solved with medication. In my opinion, natural foods and natural products can be just as good.


My passion for health and fitness has led me to my career, and another passion of mine is helping others. Personal training is one of the most rewarding jobs I think you can do. Helping a client achieve their goal and seeing the smile on their face when they do, is the best feeling for me. I love to be able to help people to feel great about themselves and I believe so strongly that a healthy lifestyle can bring this to anyone who is willing to change. I hope that you can all think of something you are passionate about, whether it is health-related or not! I feel fortunate that my passion lies in something that has a very positive effect on my life and I hope to spread this across the world to everyone else.
